How to assign jobs to users?
You can assign jobs to users in two ways. The first is by assigning specific jobs to a user when you create their profile, or else by going to the job screen to assign them to specific users.
Assigning jobs to users must be done in the User section. In the Edit User option, you will see filters to search for programs by their status (in preparation, in progress, or finished), as shown in the following image.
Then, you will be able to select the jobs that you would like to assign and use the arrows between the boxes to assign them, as shown in the following image.
To assign users to jobs, you will need to select the Job section and then select the filters necessary to find the job. A list with all of the jobs belonging to that program will be displayed. From here, you can select and edit the job as necessary, as shown in the following image.
When performing this action, the information on each job will be displayed, with a list of all the users at the bottom of the screen. You can choose the users that you would like to assign to the job, once again using the arrows between the boxes, as shown in the following image.
Please note that facilitators can be given access to the entire program and all the jobs created in the program by navigating to the “Org Chart” tab and selecting the necessary filters to view all of the programs created by status and country. Afterwards, when you edit the program, you will see all of the facilitators and will be able to assign them to the program, as shown in the following image.
